Submit a Bicycle/Pedestrian Project

Dec 2008 - As the federal government investigates additional economic stimulus packages for job creation, the Colorado Department of Transportation has prepared a sample list of ready-to-go projects to submit to Congress.

Because the current list includes mainly road projects, Bicycle Colorado has requested that CDOT also gather a list of bicycle and pedestrian projects across the state that are ready to go but need funding.

To help CDOT create a comprehensive bike/ped project list, Bicycle Colorado also is researching local, regional and state applications for project funding. So that we don’t miss projects that are important to you, we are asking for assistance. If you know of a bike project in your area which is ready to go but just needs funding, please submit it through our web form below and we will present it to CDOT for inclusion in its economic stimulus project list.
